- Are awnings secured for travel?
- Dump sewage

- Hitch setup
- Check that jack is up
- Chains crossed and connected
- Breakaway Brake switch attached
- Trunnion bars attached and pins secure
- 7 way plug attached
- Carter pin locked and 7-way cable and emergency brake threaded thru it
- Velcro emergency brake cable to shank
- Is LP tanks secured and cover locked?
- Make sure back storage shelf pins are in place to lock it
Last Things
- Stow steps
- Lock main door
- Walk around and verify locked windows
- Look around for stuff under trailer, truck and campsite
- Check wheel wells in truck and trailer for ‘creatures’
- Check trailer lights with Truck
As Pulling out
- Move rig and verify wheels rotate
- Look around campsite for trash
- Verify trailer brake functioning
